NOC Augmentation

The services of Network Operations Centers are augmented by Eljay Engineering who has an experience over more than 3 years in augmenting the NOCs for its partners in North America. Eljay's engineers enhance the productivity of Network Operations Centers of its partners and clients by providing seamless support to their customers. Through a secured VPN tunnel, Eljay provides the same services delivered by the partners'/ clients' NOC by establishing an extension of their NOC in Eljay's Security and Network Operations Center in India.

The business & operational benefits of NOC Augmentation for the partners are when there is a need for quick scalability required to equip themselves for large projects and also to face the attrition of the technically skilled resources. Through proactive Network Monitoring and Management and Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support, Eljay accomplishes the task of NOC Augmentation. In the 24 x 7 or 8 x 5 support models in monitoring Voice & Data Networks for the partners, we have an efficient model where one of our senior engineers would be deputed to the partner's site/ NOC for co-ordinating the entire activities with Eljay's NOC. This has been evolved as an efficient model of NOC Augmentation.

Most of our engineers are experienced from Cisco & Avaya TAC (Technical Assistance Center) and GNTS (Global Nortel Technical Support). Engineers from Level 1 to Level 3 are effectively trained to impart their knowledge on technology to the customers. They are well equipped to transmit the inherent or adaptive information on technical assistance to the customers and also to exercise their skills in handling different types of customers in US, UK and Australia.


The following set of functions are delivered as part of NOC Augmentation:

  • Eljay complements and enhances the current offerings of the partner/client by providing a high end supportive hand in Level 1 through 3 monitoring of its clients' Unified Communications Infrastructure networks

  • Level 1 through Level3 Engineers who are Cisco, Nortel & Avaya Skilled could be deputed on Onsite Projects for Design, Implementation and Network Rollout

  • Initially, Eljay joins hands with the Level 1 Engineers of Partners  in monitoring the networks during the dark hours and hence help in bringing in economic efficiency

  • Eljay initiates the business relationship through Fault Monitoring and Level 1 monitoring of Voice networks along with Partner ’s NOC and hence develop confidence and build the remote “trust”

  • Level 2 and Level 3 support services in monitoring and troubleshooting Partner ’s clients /networks could be rendered from Eljay’s NOC through secured VPN Tunnel and thereby help Partners  in focusing more on large customer acquisitions and business expansions

  • The infrastructure and skill levels for network management fall in a suitable Finance Matrix, when it comes to Eljay delivering services from its NOC

  • Eljay maintains a world class training process and internationally accepted Continuous Improvement procedures in enhancing the service levels to its partners and clients, which will in turn help in the scalability options of Partners
