The team consists of efficient management professionals, skilled technical/ engineering professionals and proficient support function staff. The whole team spans over more than 50. The spear headers of the team are the directors and chief executives having more than 15 years of experience in the different verticals of the IT industry. Their international market exposure and expertise to grab the potentials of the niche markets, made great input towards the building up of Eljay Brand globally. Most of our chief executives have served their career span in the companies of good repute internationally. The long vision of the spear headers are well supported by the rest of the team members and hence it has become Eljay's Vision in developing SOP (standard Operating Procedures) , work cultures, enhancing existing business relationships and venturing into new markets through effective business development and marketing activities.

The back bone of the rapid development of the company as a team is the pool of highly skilled technical engineers of Level 0, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 cadres. The skill set of engineers vary based on their experience in the international arena and their technical qualification/ certification level. There are engineers with certifications like Cisco's CCIE, CIPT, CCSP, CQFS, CQVS and Avaya's ACA, ACE, ACS. They have proved track of experience in various TAC's on Complex Issues related to Cisco AVVID and Avaya IPT Framework. In short, the engineers have the ability to monitor across all Managed Security and Network Devices, which adds value to the services rendered to every customer.
